Help and Frequently Asked Questions

This is an interactive website with several user-oriented features. We have taken the time to make the website easy to use. If you have any questions, they may already be answered below.

How do I comment on articles?

To be able to comment, you need to have a user account. You can create one by clicking on the "Log in/New account" button in the menu at the top of the page. A panel will appear, and you will see a green button that says "New account." When you click on it, you will see a simple form. Fill it out and click "Save account." You will then receive a confirmation email with a six-digit code, and the form will change to accept this code. After pasting the code into the confirmation field and clicking the button below, your account will be activated.

Remember that you need to log in with your account before the commenting feature becomes available to you.

Why can't I log in with my Facebook or Google account?

The Furubotn Archives have their own user system. We are working on implementing a simpler login model, but this will take some time. Please feel free to create your own account with us; it is quick and secure.

Comments and menus distract me when I'm reading articles. What can I do about it?

At the top right side of each article, there is a button called "Read mode." Click on it to activate a calm and reader-friendly version of the page. Comments will then appear at the bottom of the page. In read mode, you can return to the regular layout by clicking the "Read mode" button again, which will be located at the top of the page.

I have logged in but can't find the comments.

Sometimes the comment section is temporarily down for maintenance. This should be temporary, and the comments will return once the maintenance is completed.
